Online registration closes two days before an event.  View Spaces Left in the event list to determine if walk-in registrations are available. 

To register multiple people online:

  1. Click Add Guest button after entering first enrollment. Repeat process adding as many enrollments as you want.

  2. One charge for the total is generated and a receipt is sent to the person who initiated the enrollment.  Please forward confirmations to your guests.

  3. Exit from payment screen before entering credit card info. An invoice will be emailed to you.

    2nd Annual Women In Leadership Luncheon and Tea

    Join your Austin Contact Center Alliance peers for an Afternoon Tea discussing Women in Leadership Topics. This 2nd Annual event will be held at The Centro Event Center in Downtown Round Rock. This event will be an engaging, interactive conversation and each attendee is encouraged to bring their perspective and ideas while enjoying some fun networking, "fancy food" and of course, some afternoon tea with your community peers. Our Keynote Speaker for this event is contact center industry leader Colleen Beers!

    Colleen brings nearly 30 years of experience in driving strategic direction and managing employees and operations in her current role and past roles such as as Chief Administrative Officer, where she is focused on fostering an environment that lets people do their best work. Prior to this, Colleen was Alorica’s President of North America & Europe leading our operational and strategic teams.

    Colleen is the embodiment of Alorica’s promise of Passion, Performance and Possibilities. She began her career on the frontlines, taking calls as an agent—and has worked her way up ever since.

    Previously, Colleen served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Alorica. Under her leadership, Alorica achieved year-over-year growth, diversified its lines of business within targeted accounts and improved the new-client implementation process. Colleen has also been an outspoken supporter of the need to champion, support and promote women internally at Alorica as a board member for the company’s Women’s Initiative.

    Prior to joining Alorica, Colleen was Vice President of Call Center Solutions at Harte-Hanks and worked in a variety of roles including Client Services, New Logo Sales and Training for ACS, Teleperformance and Aegis. She successfully transformed contact center programs, centers and regions—all to deliver on expectations and position her clients with competitive advantages.

    Colleen is also an influential leader on the Customer Contact Week Advisory Board.
