The Business of Leadership

A uniue approach to indentifying and developing leaders within your organization

Often we promote those who behave exactly as they’re supposed to. They arrive on time; they’re never late coming back from lunch; they don’t talk back. In short, they do exactly what they are told to the best of their ability. But does that make them leadership material? Maybe and maybe not. What are we doing to prepare them to make the transition?

Real leadership value increases the organization’s ability to respond to new environments. Good leaders bring their own ideas to the organization.  Learn about the four characteristics to look for that indicate leadership potential and the one that makes the difference between big trouble and big value!

Registration fee for this meeting can be applied towards tuition for the ACCA Business of Leadership program.that starts February, 2012.

Speaker

Carol is the founder and CEO of Trostle & Associates and, has over 25 years experience building and managing award winning, contact center operations.  Carol's proven expertise in successful programs has led to consulting engagements in a variety of industries, including healthcare, utilities, financial, hospitality and food service. She and her partners are sought after advisors for companies that want to enhance service quality and win new customers while reducing cost.

Since 1997 when she started the company Carol saw the gap widening between the demand for leaders and the supply of workers who were prepared to lead.   Her passion for internal leadership development caught the attention of a long time client and a team of curriculum designers.  The result was the development of a one of a kind program called the Business of Leadership™.

Carol is an ACCA a member and has served on the San Antonio Professional Telephone Managers Association (PTMA) Board of Directors for 7 years, including two terms as president.  She chaired the 2010 Steering Committee that developed the PTMA Excellence Awards recognizing outstanding contact centers and their leaders.
