Can you have success without stress?
This interactive discussion defines stress and distress and the foundation for thriving in a stressful world. We will also examine our physical reactions to stress and the impact on health. There are four elements we need to function in a stressful situation:

autonomy

connectedness

perception
-
tone
Speaker will explain each one and the influence we have in each area. The objective in this discussion is to discover how to expand our comfort zone and go beyond just coping in stressful situations.
Participants will gain practical insights and learn to create strategies to apply in their daily lives.

Marvin Jansen is a lifestyle educator and the chief financial officer of Wellness for Workers, LTD, an innovative preventive medicine practice, founded in 2005 by his wife, Patricia Rosen, MD, MPH. In his role as a lifestyle educator, he assists his clients in selecting strategies that lead to a long, vital, and energetic life without depriving the joy in life. He has delivered hundreds of leadership and lifestyle education sessions to individuals and groups.
Marvin educates and coaches how to make changes in our daily lives to achieve optimal health. Marvin believes that behavior changes for a better self, better community, and better environment is the highest use for our greatest gift, will power.
