    National Instruments is seeking a proactive and dynamic operations professional to develop and drive regional operations support plans for the Americas in collaboration with our field sales team and operations management. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    ·         Develop regional integrated operations support plans.

    ·         Define a framework for standard vs higher level of services for operations engagement with sales including defining and tracking of key performance metrics.

    ·         Monitor large sales opportunity reviews for operational support needs.

    ·         Drive the process of forecasting inventory to our Planning organization from sales opportunity and account reviews.

    ·         Own & maintain relationships with account purchasing agents/buyers.

    ·         Build & own customer operations profiles for all focus accounts.

    ·         Construct proactive operations processes to support account needs.

    ·         Partner with Global Operations on support of large, global deployments.

    Minimum Requirements:

    ·         Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business or communications field

    ·         5+ years in Operations experience preferred

    ·         Past experience supporting a field sales organization including the use of CRM tools & processes

    ·         Past experience supporting key accounts
