    Position:  Administrative Assistant

    Duties:  Growth Opportunity!  This position will provide various kinds of administrative support to people and groups within our contact center outsource organization located in Central Texas.  The people and groups will involve Sr. Management, and primarily the departments of HR, Operations, and Accounting.

    Description:  If you are interested in an exciting, fast paced, and fun environment with a growing U.S. based Central Texas contact center outsource company, then we want to hear from you.  The position covers administrative duties across departmental functions of accounting, operations, human resources, and Sr. Management.  The person who will succeed in this position is one who has a personality that matches their drive.  The daily functions of this person will include administrative duties related to:

    • HR:  employee hiring, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, on-boarding
    • Operations:  operations reporting, operations billing, office management
    • Accounting:  Intermediate accounts receivable & accounts payable, data entry
    • Sr. Management Administrative Support

    Other specific duties may involve:

    • Managing assets, supplies, and sourcing for suppliers
    • Coordinating between departments and operating units on day-to-day administrative needs
    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
    • Sending faxes, as well as sending out and receiving mail and packages
    • Preparing business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)
    • Reporting, Research, and File Management

    Skills/Qualifications: problem solving, quick learner, ability to multi-task & prioritize duties, attentive, strong in-person skills & phone skills, Microsoft office (word, excel, & powerpoint) knowledge, intermediate accounting, intermediate experience with analysis & reporting, comfort with handling private/confidential & sensitive information...a drive and a willingness to learn. 

    Salary:  22-30k depending upon experience
