Ten Special Tips for Customer Service Excellence

What do J.C. Penny, the Beatles and the Queen of Spain have in common?

 

They were all taken care of by this month's speaker, Clarke Straughan. After graduating from A&M, he had dual careers around the world. One was working in International Hotel Management at some of the most famous hotels in the world including the Ritz-Carlton and the second literally living life as an Indiana Jones-like adventurer.

 

Clarke went on to serve in leadership roles in Business, Government, and the Military. He was Manager of International Customer Relations for Motorola; Director of International Protocol for the governor taking care of international dignitaries from around the world, including the King and Queen of Spain; and is a Marine and retired from the State Guard as a Colonel in Intelligence. Clarke now serves on the Advisory Board of TruWest Credit Union that has 62,000 members and a great call center.

 

 Clarke will share customer service stories from his experiences and give us some practical ideas that will help us remember what we love about customer service.  Don't miss an opportunity to learn from and be inspired by this international customer service leader.
