New Year. New Goals. Start Here!

Say “good-bye” to 2007 and “hello” to a whole new year.  To bring in the new year ACCA announces the first panel discussion of 2008.

During the January 10th luncheon we will focus on various career paths, training programs, hiring processes and other best practices within our industry.

Plus, we are inviting local educators and counselors to be our guest for this luncheon to learn what the industry seeks in an employee, and understand the benefits of referring applicant to work in call centers.

You will discover:

  • How other contact centers recruit from application to interview?
  • What hiring methods work best?
  • What training and development processes have not worked, and what has shown great success?
  • How a call center maps their career paths for their employees?

The panel will consist of leaders from Apple Inc., Gila Corporation, Austin 3-1-1 and National Instruments. This will provide you with a head start on your 2008 goals.

Want to sponsor a guest?

To do this we will need your help. We are asking for volunteers to be an outreach sponsors for our invited guests by donating $25 to cover the cost of the luncheon for our guests. All outreach sponsors will meet with their guests before the scheduled luncheon. This will be a good time to answer any of their questions and introduce them to the various members of ACCA.

Register for the January Luncheon. As you register for the luncheon, click on “Sponsor an Educator” button. Your registration selection will be updated and you are ready to check out!
