The ACCA December lunch will warm you up with a year ending interactive roundtable event. Topics ranging from Agent Attrition, Leadership, Training, Sales, Workforce Management, Knowledge Management, Call Routing, Email/Fax Support....will all be addressed with input from facilitators and members.

 

Beyond all of our monthly topics this past year, some of our best learning occurs from the experiences from our members as true "lessons learned". Be sure to end your year on a positive note with practical takeaways and peer to peer networking.

 

Topics include:

  • Quality Monitoring - What are the most important metrics to key on?
  • Retention/Recognition - How to keep your employees?
  • Recruiting - How do you hire the right people?
  • Customer Satisfaction - How do you know how you are doing?
  • Remote Agents - What applications work best? What are the pro’s and con’s?

One addition to our lunch will be time set aside for you our members to comment on topics and concerns you would like to see for 2008.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:

If you did not receive a confirmation email from our event management system or PayPal, you are not considered registered for the event. Your registration is not considered complete until PayPal payment is received. Your registration may be cancelled and “At Door” registration prices will apply. We do not issue event invoices, nor do we reserve seats without payment.

 

EVENT REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

The last day to register for any event will be one full day before the event. Example:

     - Event Date – Thursday
     - Event Registration Closed - Wednesday
     - Last Day to Register – Tuesday (end of day)
