Develop a Team of Superheroes:
Setting the Confidence Standard
You have hired well, oriented employees to the organization, and provided top-notch training, so what’s missing? Developing confidence completes the performance picture. Learn how to take your employees from zero to Superhero by setting the confidence standard. During this interactive session, you will create your own Superhero who can help you integrate the confidence standard across your organization.
Join us in person May 12 in exploring confidence through individual accountability, self-direction, trust in the organization, and training support. "LIKE" the ACCA on Facebook to join the discussion starting May 5th before the event and through the end of May.

Dynamic Duo Tina Morton and Tiffany Seward lead the Public Information and Training Department for the Travis County Tax Office. In order to collect $3.4 billion, represent 109 taxing units, register 600,000 voters, and act as an agent for the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, the JP Courts, and the County Courts at Law, their organization must create Superheroes capable of proving outstanding service. Everyone who drives, votes, or owns property has contact with the Tax Office at least once a year, making Tax Office Superheroes the face of local government.
