This fast paced interactive presentation helps participants build confidence and improve their speaking skills through short individual exercises designed to identify their strengths as well as areas that need improvement.  No matter your current skill level, Jim's tips will help take your speaking skills to the next level and have fun doing it! 

Participants will learn to:

  • Speak with authority and authenticity
  • Use vocal variety, eye contact, and the power of pauses
  • Learn when audio/visual support is needed and when it isn’t
  • Make a few points effectively, not more than can be absorbed
  • Eliminate mannerisms that detract or distract
  • Build confidence
  • Appreciate their individual style of speaking
