Coping When Life Doesn’t Go According to Plan

A survivor and self-proclaimed optimist, she will share coping techniques that help you deal with life’s inevitable curveballs with humor, resilience, and tenacity. Courtney knows what it means to survive adversity, and she helps audiences let go of “the plan” and find clarity even in the most stressful situations.  Join us for the attitude shift you’ve been craving, and realize that – as Courtney says – “it’s about how you deal, not what you’re dealt”!
