Judy Osborn helps employers manage employees
legally and effectively and prevent workplace disputes.
My passion is to support employers by preventing legal problems in the workplace, because I see first-hand the benefits for employers who make that a priority. I accomplish that goal with careful listening, creative problem-solving and employee training.
AS A CONSULTANT
She counsels management on preventing and resolving employment problems by explaining how to do the right thing, and how to do it the right way. She addresses concerns such as hiring, absenteeism, discipline, termination, payroll, benefits, civil rights, unemployment, and worker's compensation. She also ensures that employee handbooks, policies, and other documents are legal and effective management tools.
AS A TRAINER
With both a master's degree in journalism
and more than 25 years' experience as a lawyer, Judy designs and delivers on-site training that makes legal concepts easy to understand. She teaches employees how to avoid harassment and shows supervisors how to manage within the law.
