If you take a look at some of the most successful companies today, you may find one important common factor; employee motivation and morale. From retention to profitability, hardworking and happy employees lead to greater productivity and higher customer satisfaction.

However, it’s not as easy as it sounds. There are no out of the box calculations or “1-2-3” steps to make it work for everyone. It’s as individual as your employees.

On June 14th, ACCA will tackle the issue of employee motivation and morale in a round table discussion. You and other company leaders will have an opportunity to learn and share experiences on:

  • How to cultivate a positive culture within your contact center?
  • How others handle stress in their centers?
  • How to get employees commitment?

As you may know, employee motivation is one basic ideal – finding out what your employees want and discovering ways to give it to them or enable them to earn it. During the June luncheon you will gain insight on how to become an “Agent of Motivation and Morale” in your company.
