The 3•1•1 Citywide Information Center's mission is to provide uncomplicated access to city information and services.  When you dial 3•1•1, your call is answered by a friendly and knowledgeable City of Austin Ambassador, ready to answer any question, or assist with any issue you may have regarding any one of over 30 City of Austin departments.  Responding to citizens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 3•1•1 is your all day, any day, information center.

During the tour, you'll learn about the unique selection and training processes that prepare 3•1•1 Ambassadors to consistently exceed expectations.  You'll also learn about the wide variety of calls they handle and see first hand the technology that supports them.
