Leading Change with
Appreciative Inquiry

Leading Change with Appreciative Inquiry

Come learn about this innovative approach to creating organizational change, a strengths-based process that moves away from the deficit-based, problem-solving methods of the past. Participants will gain a basic understanding of Appreciative Inquiry (A.I.) while learning how to use this model in their own organizations and work teams.

Based on tenets of positive psychology, A.I. helps organizations to identify and align their collective strengths, or “positive core”, to create a desired future in an area they pre-define. The topics of inquiry that an organization can explore are endless, from customer service and innovation to teamwork and employee engagement. This highly interactive session will step participants through the first two stages of the Appreciative Inquiry process so that they can experience firsthand the potential of this alternative model for creating positive change.
