WE ARE COMMUNICATORS. WE ARE CONNECTED. WE ARE ACCA.
Reducing stress is the primary objective of our November presentation. Pulling from stories with his family and acquaintances that "put the FUN in dysfunctional" and lessons learned along his 51-year journey through life as a journalist and healthcare leader, our speaker will share tips on fully living life that can literally lead to better health and greater happiness. An accomplished Toastmaster, author, and college faculty member, Mark Miller believes that there is no better source of life skill education than taking time to "stop and smell the people, or is it the roses?" Seriously (and that takes great effort on Mr. Miller's part), he believes we are programmed to work so hard to survive that we forget the importance of "laughter as the best medicine.
He will speak to our group on the topic, "Fully Living Life: A User's Guide". Be prepared to learn and laugh!
